Our Services
The Highway Hope & Vision Scholarship Fund exists to make education and career training accessible for those who have been left out of traditional opportunities. Through financial assistance, training support, and community partnerships, we help justice‑impacted individuals, veterans, and underserved adults take the next step toward stability and independence.
Our services are designed to do more than provide access to school. They create life‑changing opportunities by removing the financial obstacles that prevent people from enrolling, offering personal and professional guidance along the way, and connecting graduates with employers who are ready to hire. By combining these resources, participants are able to gain skills that lead to stable, well‑paying jobs in the trucking industry and beyond.
The impact of these services can be measured in outcomes. Nationally, more than 70 percent of individuals who complete vocational training programs secure employment within six months, and the average salary for entry‑level truck drivers ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 a year. For many of our participants, this is their first chance at steady employment with benefits, providing a foundation for housing, family stability, and long‑term success.
Every scholarship awarded represents more than just tuition covered. It represents a second chance for someone to rebuild their life, contribute to their community, and create a new path forward. By investing in these services, we are not only changing individual lives but also strengthening families, neighborhoods, and the workforce as a whole.
