Scholarship Assistance

The Highway Hope & Vision Scholarship Fund exists to remove financial barriers that keep deserving individuals from pursuing a career in trucking. Too often, justice‑impacted individuals, veterans, and underserved adults are ready to work hard and rebuild their lives, but the cost of professional training stands in the way. Our scholarship program was created to provide access where it is needed most, giving students the chance to step into a stable career path without being weighed down by tuition debt.
Scholarships can go toward tuition and fees, as well as other education related expenses for Vision Truck Driving School students. While Vision Truck Driving School provides the instruction, licensing preparation, and hands‑on training, the Highway Hope and Vision Scholarship Fund provides the financial access that makes participation possible. This partnership ensures that students who may not have the means to pay for school still have the opportunity to complete a respected program and earn a commercial driver’s license.
Our process is straightforward. Applicants complete a short intake form, share basic background information, and demonstrate their commitment to completing the training program. Each application is reviewed with care, and awards are given based on need, readiness, and available funding. Once accepted, students move forward into training without the worry of how they will cover the cost.
The impact of this program is significant. Nationally, graduates of CDL training programs earn an average of $50,000 to $65,000 in their first year, with opportunities for growth over time. More importantly, these careers provide stability, benefits, and a pathway forward for individuals who may have struggled to find long‑term employment. Every scholarship awarded represents more than just tuition covered; it represents a chance to rebuild, to provide for a family, and to contribute to the community.
Through the Highway Hope & Vision Scholarship Fund, we are proving that when financial barriers are removed, people rise to the opportunity. We believe in second chances, and with every scholarship granted, we are investing in stronger families, safer communities, and a workforce ready to meet the growing needs of the trucking industry.
