At the Highway Hope & Vision Scholarship Fund, we understand that financial support and training are only part of the journey. Real success comes when individuals have the resources and encouragement they need in every area of life. Our holistic support services are designed to strengthen participants both during their training and as they move into stable careers.

Each scholarship recipient has access to mentorship and coaching that provides encouragement, accountability, and guidance. These relationships help participants set goals, stay motivated, and overcome challenges that might otherwise hold them back.

We also connect students to community resources that address housing, transportation, counseling, and healthcare. Many of the people we serve face obstacles outside of the classroom, and these supports make it possible for them to focus on completing their training and preparing for employment.

Career development is another key part of holistic support. Students receive coaching on resume building, interview practice, and job readiness so they feel confident when they enter the job market. Combined with our employer partnerships, this creates a strong path from training to employment.

Research shows that individuals who receive wraparound services are more likely to finish training and maintain long‑term employment. For our participants, this means a better chance at providing stability for themselves and their families.
