Employer Partnerships

The Highway Hope & Vision Scholarship Fund is committed to creating strong pathways from training to employment. Our scholarship program opens the door for justice‑impacted individuals, veterans, and underserved adults to enroll in CDL training at Vision Truck Driving, but the journey does not end at graduation. By working closely with employers, we ensure that our graduates have direct access to stable careers in the trucking industry.

For trucking companies, our employer partnership program offers a steady pipeline of motivated, trained, and ready‑to‑work drivers. Every graduate has completed a respected CDL training program and received additional wraparound support from our nonprofit, including mentorship and job‑readiness coaching. This means employers are connected with candidates who are not only licensed but also prepared for the responsibilities of the road and committed to long‑term success.

Partnerships are flexible and designed to meet the needs of employers of all sizes. Some companies choose to host hiring events or recruit directly from our graduating classes, while others work with us to create dedicated career pathways that connect scholarship recipients to specific job opportunities. We also collaborate with partners to understand industry demands and align training outcomes with real‑world workforce needs.

The benefits of these partnerships go beyond filling open positions. Employers who engage with our program are investing in their communities by giving individuals a second chance and strengthening families through stable employment. In an industry facing a nationwide shortage of drivers, this approach meets both a social need and a business demand. Our graduates gain meaningful work, and our employer partners gain dependable, trained professionals who are ready to make an impact.

Every employer partnership represents a shared commitment to opportunity, growth, and community stability. Together, we are transforming lives, strengthening the workforce, and helping to secure the future of the trucking industry.
